Jarom Whitehead

Jarom WhiteheadJarom Whitehead graduated from Willamette University College Law in Salem, Oregon. Mr. Whitehead specializes in personal injury, products liability, and insurance matters. He primarily handles cases involving automobile and trucking accidents, defective products, stray voltage, medical malpractice, premises liability, insurance agent negligence, insurance coverage and bad faith. 100% of Mr. Whitehead’s practice is devoted to litigation. He has successfully resolved cases on behalf of clients at every stage of the legal process including mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal. Mr. Whitehead is a member of various civic and professional organizations. He is a past president of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and serves on the board of directors for the American Association of Justice – both organizations dedicated to preserving access to justice for individuals, regardless of their ability to pay. He enjoys living and working in Idaho and takes advantage of the variety of recreational and sporting activities that abound here.

  • Injury Board – The Injury Board (IB) is a selective network of top plaintiff trial attorneys across North America and the UK. Members are recognized leaders in both legal and community spheres, committed to civil justice and professional growth. IB supports firms holistically—beyond referrals—through operations, marketing, education, and community impact.
  • IATL – The International Academy of Trial Lawyers is a fellowship of lawyers with a singular mission—to protect and promote the Rule of Law. Founded in 1954, the Academy consists of the best trial lawyers as measured by skill, experience, ethics and civility. It represents both sides of the trial bar: prosecutors and defense lawyers in criminal cases; plaintiff and defense counsel in civil litigation.
