EXPERTISE
Mr. Whitehead is a member of the Idaho State Bar, Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice. He is currently a member of the board of governors of the Idaho Trial Lawyers. He has successfully handled dozens of cases on behalf of Plaintiffs against their insurance companies for claims of bad faith. Mr. Whitehead has given presentations on legal topics to the Idaho Association of Paralegals and the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association.
